Tracy, Outside the Office
When she’s not helping businesses flourish, Tracy can usually be found walking her two cocker spaniels through the Peak District the muddier the better before unwinding with a well-earned glass of wine.
She’s also learning guitar (slowly but steadily), proving her own belief that progress comes from small, consistent steps; the same advice she gives leaders building stronger teams.
