Terms & Conditions
1. The Basics
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (including playbooks, guides and downloadable resources) from ARC Business Services Ltd T/A The Retail Champion.
By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.
2. What You’re Buying
All of our products are digital. There is no physical product.
Once payment is complete, you will receive access via download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.
3. Access & Delivery
Access is provided immediately after purchase.
If something doesn’t arrive or doesn’t work, we will fix it. Just contact us at champion@retailchampion.co.uk.
4. Licence
When you buy one of our playbooks or guides, you are buying access, not ownership.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence. That means:
- It is for you, the named purchaser, only
- You can use it for your own business or personal use
- You cannot share it with colleagues, teams, clients or third parties
You may NOT:
- Forward, share or distribute the file
- Upload it to shared drives, Slack, WhatsApp groups or internal systems
- Resell, copy, or repurpose the content
- Use it as part of your own product, training or consultancy offering
If you need team or multi-user access, contact us. We will price that properly.
5. Intellectual Property
Everything you receive is owned by ARC Business Services Ltd T/A The Retail Champion
That includes:
- Content
- Structure
- Frameworks
- Language and positioning
It has been built from real commercial experience. Please respect that.
Unauthorised use or distribution may result in legal action.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Because these are digital products with immediate access:
- All sales are final
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind
By purchasing, you agree to receive immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation rights.
That said, your statutory rights still apply.
If something is genuinely faulty, not as described, or inaccessible, we will sort it.
7. Practical Expectations
Our playbooks are designed to give you clear, commercial guidance.
What we cannot guarantee:
- Specific financial results
- Business performance outcomes
- Implementation success (that part is on you)
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses arising from how you choose to use the content
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
