Retail Mentoring: Group Programmes

The Retail Champion offers retail mentoring programmes for groups of 6 or more retailers, based on the 10-steps to retail success methodology. These group mentoring sessions are a great way to work through the 10-steps to retail success, with the support of Clare Rayner, to ensure a thorough understanding of each element and to create a development plan that will enable your business to be more profitable.

Sessions are delivered in the evenings, from 8pm - 9pm, online, via webinar, and take place either on a Tuesday (weekly sessions) or a Wednesday (fortnightly sessions). There is no difference in the content between weekly and fortnightly sessions, you can simply chose what works best for you based on how quickly you want to work through the content. After each session participants will create their own list of actions that builds up over the course of the programme into a comprehensive, personal, prioritised action plan.

All those who participate also receive a copy of 'The Retail Champion: 10-steps to retail success' book for reference, RRP £24.99. At the end of the programme if participants feel that they could benefit from more 1-2-1 coaching, around specific areas or to help them effectively implement their action plan, this option is available.
